To create a drop-down list in Excel, you can use the Data Validation feature. 

Here are the steps to create a drop-down list:

  1. In a new worksheet, type the entries you want to appear in your drop-down list. 
  2. Format your list items in an Excel table.
  3. Select the cells in the worksheet where you want the drop-down list.
  4. Go to the Data tab on the Ribbon, and then Data Validation.
  5. On the Settings tab, in the Allow box, select List.
  6. Select in the Source box, then select your list range on the other worksheet.
  7. Check the In-cell dropdown box.
