If you cannot join a meeting 

  1. Check your internet performance. If you have a slow or weak connection, you will have trouble connecting.
  2. If your connection is good, but you still can't join or start, restart your computer.


If many people are having issues 

Check if your provider is having is having performance problems. If they are, the Help Desk cannot help.



If you are connected but have sound or video issues


Test your settings

  1. Click the cog symbol.


  2. Click the up arrow next to More
  3. Choose Troubleshooting.
