If you cannot get logged into your Iowa Courts Online account, you must report the issues and wait for a representative to validate your identity.
To report the problem
- Go to the Home page of this app. Either click the
button at the top of this window,
or click - Complete the form.
- Give a good phone number.
- Include the username and email address associated with the account.
- For Subject: type "Log in to Iowa Courts Online"
The representative will contact you to validate your identity.
