Complete a non-fillable form

1. Open Acrobat Reader DC.
2. Click Open File and open the non-fillable PDF.           
3. Select the Type text tool.

For each response: 

1. Click on the line where you want to place your response and start typing. 
2. Change the size of the letters if needed using the small and large As

To add a digitized signature:

1. Click Fill & Sign.  
2. Click Add signature.  
3. Type your name and click  OK.
4. Click in the signature field.
5. Save the PDF.
