If you forgot your password to your eFile System account, use the Forgot Your Password? link located on the Log In page at: eFile Log In
If you still cannot get logged into your eFIle System account, please do not create a new account, you should report the problem to our Help Desk by logging in to our support site at: JB Connect.
If you do not have an account, click on the button at the top of the screen to register for an account. Once you are logged in, click on the
button at the top of your JB Connect screen.
Note: Be sure to specify "eFile System" in the "Describe the issue here" field when submitting your ticket to clarify that it is an eFile account that you are unable to log in to.
