1. After you have logged on to Iowa Courts Online, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Change Password.
    Note:  A popup screen in Enterprise A&A may ask for baseline questions, answers, and confirmation of answers to prove identity, which you will need to answer.  
  2. Enter the current password. 
  3. Enter and confirm the new password.  
  4. Click To continue click here, which will take you to the Start A Case Search Here screen.  


If you still can't change the password, submit a support ticket on our JB Connect support portal.
